- Be sure to check the coverage desired on top left of first page
- Enter payroll amount on bottom of second page
- Use your personal email address for communication tied to you directly.
- Turn it into Christine Chandler Tillett
Make your selections in your Paycom portal.

- You do not need to re-enroll to keep your current coverage
- To add or upgrade to your benefit, enroll with both existing coverage AND add-on or upgrade
