Benefit Information and Getting Started
Enrollment Deadlines:
- Enrollment Deadline: Last Friday of the Month
- Effective Date: First of the Following Month
Click on the Enrollment Site Button which will take you to a secure PPLSI portal for detailed benefit information and to enroll with the coverage of your choice with a bank draft or credit card.
Use your personal email address for communication tied to you directly.
Those that currently have coverage:
- You do not need to re-enroll to keep your current coverage
- To add or upgrade to your benefit, enroll with both existing coverage AND add-on or upgrade
You will receive a welcome email within a few days of the effective date.
