FULL TIME EMPLOYEES
Enrollment Deadline is as follows:
- Enroll before 12 pm pacific the last business day of the month
- Effective Date 1st of the following month
- Please use your personal email address for coverage
Those that have the benefits:
- You do not need to re-enroll to keep your current coverage
- To add or upgrade to your benefit, enroll with both existing coverage AND add-on or upgrade
Those that reside in AK, HI, MA, NV and NY have a slightly higher deduction.
NV and NY have state specific plans with slightly different benefit features.
ENROLL ON YOUR EASE PLATFORM.
After the deadline, those enrolled will receive a welcome email from your representative Sandra Lollino and by LegalShield corporate office on the effective date.
PART TIME EMPLOYEES
Part Time Employees are eligible for legal and identity theft benefits thru direct pay.
Effective date is 24-48 hours after enrollment.
