HOW TO ENROLL
Enroll on your UKG benefit portal for 1st of the following month effective date.
Those that have the benefits:
- You do not need to re-enroll to keep your current coverage
- To add or upgrade to your benefit, enroll with both existing coverage AND add-on or upgrade
Upon confirmation of enrollment you will receive a welcome email from both LegalShield and your representative Sandra Lollino
