Getting Started
Enroll by the 25th for the 1st of the following month effective date.
Those that currently have coverage:
- You do not need to re-enroll to keep your current coverage
- To add or upgrade to your benefit, enroll with both existing coverage AND add-on or upgrade
Turn in your paper application to Liz Pelayo with your entire coverage including any add-ons. Application can also be downloaded below.
Upon confirmation of enrollment, you will receive a welcome email from both LegalShield and your representative Sandra Lollino.
A portion of your benefits is allocated to spcaLA at no additional cost.
4% of every payroll deduction will fund your animal welfare programs.
