Sandra Lollino, also known as The Cause Crusader, has been passionate about making a difference even in her early childhood. She was always helping others, rescuing animals or volunteering with various causes.
Her career started in engineering and soon she discovered it wasn’t the right fit. She took a risk, quit her job and jumped into a startup event planning firm helping clients and attendees have enjoyable experiences. Sandra was Vice President and helped build the company from three to fifteen employees by wearing multiple hats including operations, accounting, human resources, marketing, event production, customer relations and sales. She then took another leap of faith and co-founded her own meeting planning firm.
After twelve years in the meeting planning industry, Sandra felt something was missing and wanted to make a larger impact in the community. With her passion for animals in need, she founded an animal welfare nonprofit helping those that couldn’t afford veterinary care and producing animal adoption and fundraising events.
Reluctantly, Sandra paused the nonprofit and returned to the corporate world where she was Director of Business Development for a low-cost vaccination clinic, and then Campaign Manager at a company that provided a pound of dog food to a rescue group, for every pound that sold.
Today, Sandra continues to follow her heart by supporting mission driven companies, nonprofits and employees based on her experiences with affordable resources needed to be more successful and not distracted away from their unique missions due to costs.
Sandra proudly serves on the Board of Directors as the Communications Chair for PIHRA Woodland Hills, the Leadership Council for SecureTheVillage and often volunteers with animal charities. Sandra obtained her BS in Mechanical Engineering from LMU.
